2009 CAMP FEE...ALL INCLUSIVE
On Check-Out Day, parents pick up their children, not a bill!
Camp parents should know up front what the cost of their child's camp experience will be. For this reason, many years ago we instituted our "all inclusive" pricing policy. Fees paid for each term include laundry service, one laundry bag, canteen items, crafts supplies, all field trips, all camp activities including water skiing and horseback riding, all awards and a Camp Mac Sunday T-shirt. Therefore, spending money is not allowed nor needed. |

2 Week Term: $1700 per child
1st 4 Week Term: $3125 per child
2nd 4 Week Term: $2825 per child

Discount:

When more than one child from the same family attends Camp Mac during the same summer, each child receives a 5% discount off of the total camp fee. |
| Laundry: |
Commercial laundry service is included in the camp fee, along with one mesh Camp Mac laundry bag. Laundry goes out once a week and is returned the next day. |
| Registration Fee: |
($350 per child, one check for each)
Applies toward camp fee. Campers will not be enrolled without a completed application and the Registration Fee. |
Confirmation Fee:

2 Week Term: $700 confirmation fee per child
4 Week Term: $1300 confirmation fee per child
Statements will be mailed in mid-February. Confirmation Fee envelopes must be postmarked on or before March 1st, or a $30 late processing fee will be added to fees due. Your cancelled check will be your receipt. |
| Balance Due: |
Balance of fees due must be paid by the first day of term attending or reservation will be cancelled. |
| Waiting Lists: |
(When applicant cannot be registered due to term/s being full)
No fee required...only an application. Applicant will be phoned if an opening occurs. |
Cancellations
& Refunds: |
Before January 1st: Full Registration Fee refunded. - $350
Between January 1st and March 1st: Half of Registration Fee refunded. - $175
After March 1st: Registration Fee is non-refundable.
Between March 1st and 2 weeks prior to start of term attending: Half of paid Confirmation Fee refunded OR, apply all of Confirmation Fee paid to same child for camp fees for next year. |
| Exception: |
Should accident or illness prevent camper from entering camp, loss of fees paid (Registration and Confirmation Fees) will be shared equally - physician's statement required.
Should accident or illness prevent camper from remaining in camp, loss of unused paid fees will be shared equally OR, apply loss of fees to same child for camp fees for next year.
NOTE: Nonrefundable fees cannot be transferred to another camper. |
